Standard Delivery:
Our standard delivery service is a drop off only service and does not include installation or removal. This service is free to the Perth Metropolitan Area for all orders over $500.

Premium Delivery:
Our premium full service delivery includes basic installation as well as removal and recycling of all packaging and old appliances for your convenience. This service is $99 for the Perth Metropolitan Area.
Please note this does not include installation or removal of hard-wired electrical goods (ovens, cooktops), dishwashers, ice & water connections, stacking kits or dryers. See our delivery & services page for full information on services included.

Road Freight:
We use a courier service to deliver outside of the Perth Metropolitan Area and this charge is calculated at checkout. Please note this is a standard drop off service and does not include installation or removal of rubbish/appliances.

Clearance Stock:
Please note that any unboxed or carton damaged stock can not be delivered outside of the Perth metropolitan area

All Rick Hart Outlet Gift Vouchers are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, which is the expiry date shown on the gift voucher. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

2. Gift vouchers must be redeemed at our website (not available to be redeemed in-store)

3. The value of the gift voucher is the amount paid to us by the purchaser of the gift voucher in Australian dollars. An appropriate amount will be deducted each time you use the gift voucher before the expiry date. If your order exceeds the available amount of the gift voucher, you will need to pay the balance of your order by some other means.

4. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and may not be used to pay credit accounts. Products purchased with a gift voucher cannot be returned for a cash refund except where you are otherwise entitled to do so by law.

5. Your gift voucher should be kept safely as we will not replace lost gift vouchers.

6. We reserve the right to require alternative forms of payment if an invalid or fraudulently obtained gift voucher is redeemed through our store or website.

7. Your gift card will be electronically sent to you, including your unique gift card code which is redeemable towards future purchases on our online store.

8. Gift cards cannot be used for services (ie air conditioner or dishwasher installations)
