DELIVERY SERVICES

Our Delivery Services:

Perth Metropolitan Standard Delivery:

Our standard delivery service is free for all orders over $500 to the Perth metropolitan area and is a standard drop off service only, and does not include unpacking, removing rubbish or installation services. To see if your area is eligible for this service, please proceed through checkout and enter your address. 

Our standard delivery service includes being notified of the date and timeframe of your delivery, as well as being notified prior to your delivery arriving. If your time frame does not work for you, please get in contact with us as soon as possible and we can arrange a re-delivery for another date. Our delivery services generally fall between Monday to Friday after 8am, and can occasionally be as late as 7pm.

 

Perth Metropolitan Premium Delivery:

Our premium delivery service is charged at a flat rate of $99 for all orders to the Perth metropolitan area, and is our premium delivery service - we'll place your item, unpack and remove the rubbish, as well as remove your old, disconnected appliances for recycling (like for like appliances only). We offer basic installation services for select products such as washing machines and dryers, see exclusions below. 
Products Excluded from Premium Delivery installation (and removal):

  • Hard-wired appliances such as Ovens/Cooktops
  • Dishwashers
  • Stacking Kits or Wall-mounting dryers
  • Ice & Water connections for Refrigerators

 

 

Installation Services:

We offer installation on a number of appliances, you can purchase this directly through our website for a flat rate (there may be additional charges, please read the installation pages linked below carefully before purchasing). For all other appliances such as ovens, cooktops & rangehoods - we can recommend a trusted installer for you, just reach out to us and ask!

 

Deliveries outside of Perth metropolitan areas:

We have a dedicated courier service that can deliver to most states and suburbs within Australia, and this cost is calculated at checkout with the products you've chosen and your delivery address entered. If you would like a custom delivery quote for a large order or are unclear about the charges - please reach out and we can provide this for you. 

 

Overseas deliveries:

Please note that currently we do not deliver outside of Australia.

 

Availability

Products can sell very quickly, and stock levels can fluctuate on a daily basis. We do our best to keep popular models in stock - however as we cannot guarentee our stock levels currently, we ask that you please reach out to us to confirm stock levels prior to ordering.
