This Bosch Series 6 70cm induction cooktop features its own integrated ventilation system. This versatile 2-in-1 innovation ensures extremely effective extraction from your cooking, and removes the need for an additional overhead rangehood, allowing for an uninterrupted flow across your kitchen.
The spacious cooking surface features four induction zones, and with the intuitive control panel, you can directly select the cooking zones and set the specific power level you want in an instant. Plus, thanks to CombiZone technology, you can combine two cooking zones to create one larger cooking space. This is ideal for larger cookware like teppanyaki plates. The extraction system is flush with the rest of the cooktop for an ultra-sleek look. There are nine fan power levels to choose from, depending on the intensity of your cooking. Alternatively, opting for the convenient AutoOn feature starts the ventilation module automatically in power level three.
With features like automatic pan recognition sensor, auto safety switch-off, and child lock, this cooktop is incredibly safe to use. Create stunning dishes for the family with ease and precision.
CombiZone
Enjoy greater flexibility across the cooktop with CombiZone functionality. This feature enables you to combine two cooking zones to create a larger cooking space. This is ideal for larger cookware such as roaster and fish pans, allowing you to cook larger ingredients and meals.
Downdraft system
This 2-in-1 cooktop features its own integrated ventilation system. The sleek design lays flush with the rest of the cooktop, providing an uninterrupted design and full freedom when cooking. This high performance system replaces the need for an external overhead rangehood, and effectively removes smoke, odours, and fumes from your cooking.
Induction technology
Induction cooktop technology uses electromagnetism to generate heat directly into your cookware, rather than the cooktop itself heating up. This results in high energy efficiency as less heat is lost, rapid heat-up times, and also creates a safer kitchen environment.
DirectSelect
The DirectSelect control panel is easy to understand and easy to operate. Select your cooking zone and set your preferred power level via the sleek surface,without the need to press up or down repeatedly. It also gives you access to functions like powerBoost, timer, and CombiZone.
